Your access to and use of the Flight Health app and FAhealth.org website is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Flight Health app or the FAhealth.org website.
By accessing or using the Flight Health app or www.fahealth.org, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access Flight Health app or the FAhealth.org website.
Purchases: This is a free application – no purchase necessary.
Why do I need to register?
Your information and demographic details (required for use of the App) are needed to help understand how flight affects people of different backgrounds, for which we need to associate the results of your completed research activities against your account.
Subscriptions: You will NOT be billed for access or use of the Flight Health application or FAhealth.org website.
Content: Our service allows you compile and share certain health measurements with the Harvard Flight Attendant Health Study. Measurements and personal information will not be shared with a third party.
Links to Other Web Sites
Our service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Harvard Flight Attendant Health Study or the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, such as the Apple Health app or applications related to wearable sensors (e.g. the Spire app).
The Harvard Flight Attendant Health Study and the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that the Harvard FAHS and the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, in the highly unlikely event of any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 60 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
